The Teaching Artist’s Forum is a one-day in person professional learning conference for Teaching Artists presented by the SC Arts Commission and the University of South Carolina School of Music. The event will be held Saturday, February 24 at the USC School of Music from 9 a:m to 4:00 p.m.
The focus of this year’s forum is embracing change and best practices in teaching artistry. The day will include a keynote speaker, hands-on (arts discipline specific) break-out sessions, networking luncheon, topical information sessions and more.
We hope that it will be a valuable day of celebration, community, inspiration, and artmaking with fellow teaching artists.
The deadline to register is Monday, February 19. The registration fee includes a light breakfast, catered lunch, and free parking.
