Purpose
To support school districts committed to implementing standards-based arts curricula and to making the arts an integral part of the basic curriculum and daily classroom instruction

Funding
Up to $25,000 per year for two years

Purpose
To support artists’ and organizations’ quality arts projects, marketing, and events and/or their commitment to improving themselves and/or their work artistically

To support arts education programs for Preschool (3K-4K) and/or K-12 students between school years, through both traditional and non-traditional providers

Purpose
To assist schools and districts in developing and implementing arts initiatives that support quality arts education programs that significantly improve student achievement in the arts. Distinguished Art Program (DAP) grants provide funds for one-year projects. Successful DAP applications must indicate in the strategic arts plan that the applicant will include all arts forms—dance, music, theatre, and visual arts—over a three-year period of their strategic arts plan.

Funding
The maximum DAP award to a school district is $40,000; the maximum DAP award to a school is $18,000.
