If so, we invite you to join the Arts Grow SC Consortium, a statewide network of organizations and leaders committed to connecting, collaborating, and expanding access to high-quality arts learning across South Carolina.
Membership is free and available through a simple application process. We encourage you to explore the membership categories below to determine which option best fits you or your organization.

To ensure Statewide Membership accurately reflects organizations serving in a statewide capacity, eligibility is reviewed prior to application. If you believe your organization meets the qualifications above, please contact Amanda Noyes at anoyes@arts.sc.gov to discuss your organization’s eligibility.
Reach: At least 3 of the 6 SCAC Arts Hub Regions.
For organizations serving multiple schools, districts, or counties.
Reach: 1–2 Arts Hub Regions.
For community-based arts organizations and small nonprofits.
Reach: A specific local area within one Arts Hub Region.
For currently practicing District Arts Coordinators or District Arts Administrators.
Role: Share on-the-ground insights, support peer learning, and inform AGSC’s work through current, field-based experience.
Note: This membership is intended for active practitioners and is not designed for retired educators, school board members, or those not currently working at the district-level supporting arts education.
Consulting Membership is intended for individuals with specialized expertise who contribute to the work and strategic priorities of the Arts Grow SC Consortium. To ensure this membership category aligns with the Consortium’s needs, Consulting Members are selected by invitation rather than through an open application process.
Role: Provide strategic guidance and broader perspective on policy and initiatives.
Complete the AGSC Membership Application in submittable. Use the scoring rubrics to guide your responses.
A confirmation email is sent to verify receipt of the completed application.
Applications are reviewed and scored by the AGSC Advisory Council. The Council may reach out for additional information as needed.
Membership decision is emailed to the applicant.
